Board of directors shoots are about being ready and sorting and directing a large group of people in a very limited time span.
You usually shoot either just before the big meeting or after. Having no more than ten minutes to get everyone in place and to get the shot.
Once in place you have take control get them to stop thinking about their meeting and get them to smile, and not blink at the same time.
Lighting has to be even and high, not to get reflections in the glasses, and to cover a large area evenly without being flat.
And before you know it is all over in no more that ten minutes.
